1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClinicWise services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
ClinicWise provides AI-powered receptionist services for dental and medical clinics, including call answering, patient screening, and appointment scheduling. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Fees for our services are billed on a subscription basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Compliance and Regulations
Our services are designed to support compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. However, you are responsible for ensuring your clinic's full compliance with PIPEDA, provincial privacy laws, and any other applicable regulations. ClinicWise does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClinicWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued and any data will be handled according to our data retention policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
